Q: sku grid imported items from the wrong eBay account. How can I set it back correctly?
A: When setting up the chrome extension, you're only inputting your email address because the chrome extension will need it when accessing eBay file exchange -- it's on the file exchange download and upload request form as a required field. However, if you happen to log into a different eBay account than you want to use with the chrome extension, you're going to end up sending and receiving data for an incorrect account. So what happened was at some point you were logged into the correct eBay that you want to use with the chrome extension and things were going fine. At some point, you logged into a different eBay account and likely have the option checked to "also import new items into sku grid" checked in the chrome extension settings. So the chrome extension was still running while you were logged into the incorrect account and it requested the active items from it. Then because those items did not exist in the sku grid account and you had the option checked to "also import new items into sku grid", it then added the items from the other eBay into your sku grid account, unfortunately.
The only way to prevent this from happening is to remain logged into the correct eBay account at all times.
If you need to run 2 different installations of the chrome extension and stay logged into 2 different eBay accounts, then you would have to set up 2 different google profiles for that -- instructions on that can be found here -- Running the File Exchange Sync Chrome Extension for Multiple eBay Accounts
So you can delete all of those entries that don't belong in this sku grid account at this time and just remember to only log into the correct eBay account using this particular browser (even if it is a different tab or window), you still have to stay logged into the correct eBay account.
