Q: Why I am receiving this error on my ecom syndicator: Your security token has expired?
A: Your eBay keys (security token) is no longer valid between ecom syndicator and eBay. To fix, please do the following:
1. Log into eCom Syndicator and click on Settings.
2. Click the pencil icon by the eBay Marketplace Channel that you've created
3. Click the Orange Disconnect Button, It will change and say "Connect"
4. Click Connect
5. Go through the entire process to authorize the app and get new eBay keys.
6. When you return to eCom Syndicator, just click the Save button.
7. Back in your Sku Grid account and go to Settings --> Add Ons --> eCom Syndicator and just click Save Settings. You should get a yellow alert that says "Free tier activated at eCom Syndicator".
8. Please go back to your grid and click Batch Options --> Item Checking & Updates --> Force All to Update to push all items through now that you have gotten new eBay keys.
