Q: Why my ecom syndicator is showing a needs subscription error?


A: Please log into your eCom Syndicator account.  Notice that there's a "Needs subscription" error showing.  This means that you may have changed your password in ecom syndicator and/or your settings were not properly saved in your add ons settings in Sku Grid because it's not detecting that you have an active account.


To fix it, please log into your Sku Grid account and go to Settings --> Add Ons --> eCom Syndicator.


Delete out the username and password that you have entered and save settings.


Then re-enter the username and password for eCom Syndicator there.  Note: So please try entering it in the correct case as it may be case sensitive.


So enter your eCom Syndicator username and the ecom syndicator password.  Then Save Settings.  You should see a yellow alert then in Sku Grid that says "Free Tier Activated at eCom Syndicator".  Then when you go back into eCom Syndicator and refresh your screen, the "Needs Subscription" error should go away.  That means it's recognizing your sku grid account as an active, paid account at that point.


Then go back to your Sku Grid account and go to your marketplace settings -- Settings --> Marketplaces --> eBay --> US and change the drop-down that says eCom Syndicator to Disabled.  Save Settings.


Then change it back to eCom Syndicator again and select your CSV and eBay channels from the subsequent dropdowns and Save Settings.


That should reset everything for you.


At that point, assuming all looks good, please go to My Items --> Batch Options --> Item Checking & Updates --> Force All to update to push all changes through since everything will be connected at that point then.
