A: This means that the UPC that was entered was invalid. And also since the UPC was invalid, the EAN was invalid as an EAN number is essentially 0 + UPC Code. You can check the UPC code on https://upcitemdb.com eBay validates any UPCs that you submit, so just like the number won't validate on upcitemdb.com, it also will not validate on eBay.
