A: While not ideal, you'd need 4 sku grid accounts, each with its own sku fetch account, and 4 wise lister accounts, unfortunately.
Note: The only time you can use the tools on more than one is if you have 1 eBay account that lists to multiple countries. But if each eBay requires a different login or are listing to the same country as well, you'd need an account for each.
