Q: I have an item on pause, how can I unpause? The option does not show up
A: Please note there is a difference between "paused" and "reprice paused". If items are "paused" it means that supplier checking and updates to the item are stopped. If items are "reprice paused" it would mean that supplier checking continues but repricing/updates to the item are stopped.
You're not seeing the Pause Repricing option when editing the item(s) because the items are "Paused" for both checking and repricing. In essence, you can't turn off/on pause repricing because it's already off overall with supplier checking. So the items have to be unpaused by selecting the items and doing multi-item actions --> resume checks & updates on selected.
Once you do that, you'll have the ability to edit and set pause repricing to Yes or No individually on the items.
Note: There are new filters to help identify them easier. You will now see "Checking & Updates at EBAY are Paused" or "Updates at EBAY are Paused". Items appearing under "Checking & Updates at EBAY are Paused" are "Paused" so supplier is not being checked and the item updates are stopped. Items appearing under the filter "Updates at EBAY are Paused" are set to "Reprice Pause" meaning that supplier checking is continued but only updates are stopped.
