Q: How can I apply 2 different pricing formulas in a bulk action?

A: As an example, we are going to show how to apply 2 different pricing formulas like this:

  1. Item price from $45 to $99.99 with 15% margin/markup
  2. Item price from $100 to $999.99 with 12% margin/markup

Please set your grid to view as many items as possible.

Click the Filters Button.

There are 2 price range filters.  The first is for supplier price, the 2nd is for selling price. You'll want to use the supplier price filter.

Type 45 and 99.99 respectively in the boxes for the supplier price filter. This will filter and display only items where supplier price is between 45 - 99.99

Then click Multi-Item Actions --> Select All on Current Page --> Add Formula --> Use the formula wizard and type 15 in the margin % box.  Decide whether or not you want to set Include Supplier Shipping to Yes or No and make the appropriate selection.  Apply the formula.

Repeat the Multi-Item Actions Steps on page 2 and so on if you have more pages of items to go through.

Then do the same for your other price range using 100 and 999.99 in the filters and margin % = 12 when you're doing the formula.

After you're done, just go to Batch Options --> Force All Items to Update.
