Q: Why am I receiving this error on my sku fetch?

There was problem listing item -- Was not able to parse the item


A: It is possible the item is sold by Walmart directly and you haven't enabled this option, or the item is sold by a third party merchant but this option has not been enabled either. If your item is shipped and sold by a 3rd party merchant you'll need to add #skuopt:all to the end of your Walmart URL in order to allow the 3rd party merchants to be used. Then load the item into sku fetch. On the other hand, if it is shipped and sold directly by Walmart you can add #skuopt:walmart at the end of its URL, then add it into sku fetch.

There are global settings for this in your sku fetch account - you'll need to decide if you want to use Walmart Only or All Sellers by default.  You can set this in your Filters & Formatting Settings of Sku Fetch.  There is a tutorial on these settings in the Guide on the Guides tab of Sku Grid as well.  By default, We'd recommend setting it to Walmart Only and then on individual items where you want to use a 3rd party merchant, then just add #skuopt:all to the end of the URL as shown.
