Q: I'm receiving this warning/error, why?

- Error: Return policy is not specified. [A return option is missing or not valid. Update your return options.]
A: The problem is that eBay is requiring business policies to be used. They do for all sellers using listing tools. You'd need to click the link that they provided to you, opt in, and then edit/create the policies that you will be using in your business. If you need any further assistance opting in to your business policies on eBay, you would need to contact eBay for direct support with their site.
If you choose not to use business policies, you can try to set Use Seller Profiles to No and then make sure have properly configured the rest of your settings since you won't be using business policies, Wise lister will need to rely on the rest of the settings.
