Q: Do you have a backup of my items in Sku Grid?


A: Yes, in Sku Grid. If you go to My Items --> Advanced --> Restore Deleted Items, it will allow you to enter how many days to go back and retrieve deleted items, and then you'll be able to bring your items back into your account. But before doing this we recommend the following:


1. Exporting a CSV of your grid how it is (just in case anything gets messed up).

2. Purge all items out of the grid.

3. Use the Restore Deleted Items Function as mentioned above and set it to bring back items from either 3 or 4 days ago by entering either 3 or 4.

4. Give it some time to populate and then spot check your items to see if you got what you were looking for. If not, there's no other history that sku grid has, unfortunately. 


Note: We'd suggest the Auto-Schedule CSV Export Function so that sku grid can deliver to you daily a CSV of your items.  That way if you need to restore anything, you can just go back to that day's email and use that CSV (purge all items, then import the CSV you want to restore from). This function can be found at the bottom of your notifications settings.
