Q: I have credits in my Sku Grid account, but I'm unable to use Sku Fetch to retrieve items. It says I need a subscription.

A: You have credits in your sku grid account for use of sku grid for tracking and repricing of your items.  In order to use Sku Fetch for free, you have to be considered an "active" Sku Grid user which is not determined just by having credits in your account.  "Active" would mean that you've paid at least $14 for sku grid credits or item based plan in the last 30 days or if paying for credits in bulk, then the total of your credits over the last 3 months must total $59 or more.  Since your last payment does not fit the criteria, you're unable to use sku fetch to list items.

So the options are as follows:

1. Purchase at least $14.99 for 50,000 credits in Sku Grid and that would allow you to use Sku Fetch for the next 30 days to list as many items as you want. If you choose to do this, after you make your payment to Sku Grid, be sure to go to the Subscription tab of Sku Fetch and click the "Check for Payments on Sku Grid Now" button.  Then the subscription error will go away on Sku Fetch.

Or

2. Purchase a standalone sku fetch subscription (on the subscription tab of Sku Fetch).  However, please note, Sku Fetch standalone subscriptions are limited to a certain amount of items you can list per month. The lowest amount is $9.98 to list up to 800 items for the next 30 days. Also, keep in mind, the more items you list, the more credits you will use in your Sku Grid account as more items will need to be monitored and repriced... so it may be more beneficial just to add credits to your Sku Grid account each month.
