Q: How to export listings currently on eBay into SKU grid
A: There are several ways to get it done, but it really depends on the repricing method that you've chosen as some of them have a way to import your items into Sku Grid for you, while other methods do not and you'd have to go the conventional route of creating your own CSV from scratch and importing it into sku grid.
For example, if you are using the chrome extension as your repricing method, you can be sure to check the option "also import new items into Sku Grid" and give it some time. Depending on your settings, it will then import any active listings that do not already exist in Sku Grid. Once it's done, you can then go to Import/Export --> Export CSV and download your CSV file from Sku Grid. We don't recommend using Excel as it will mess up your local_id and eBay item numbers on your CSV by converting them into Scientific Notation. We recommend using Google Sheets or Libre Office. Both of which are free and will not do this to your numbers.
You can then edit the CSV and input any missing supplier URLs into the vendor_url column and supplier variation name into the vendor_variant column.
Once you're done, you can save the file, then import it back into Sku Grid to update the existing entries with the proper supplier URLs.
Once you've gotten your existing items added, you can uncheck the option in your chrome extension to "also import new items into sku grid" as it would no longer be necessary.
Or if you prefer to create your own CSV from scratch, you can do that by going to eBay file exchange and requesting a download of your eBay active items. Follow this video to create your own CSV - CLICK HERE and you will take all of your eBay item numbers from your eBay file exchange CSV and copy them. Then on the new CSV that you create, you will paste them under the reprice_sku column. Fill in your supplier URLs, reprice store, etc. Then save and import the file into your Sku Grid account.
