Q: I'm getting an error in Wise Lister when I try to list items to eBay. "Error: Auth token is hard expired. [Auth token is hard expired, User needs to generate a new token for this application.]" What does this mean?
A: This error would mean that your Wise Lister keys are invalid or expired. eBay automatically expires authorizations after 18 months and if you happen to change your eBay username and/or password, any authorizations you have become invalid. You'll need to do the following to resolve the issue.
1. Log into Wise Lister
2. On the left, go to eBay API Keys
3. Click the Disconnect Button.
4. Click Connect
5. You will be redirected to eBay to authorize the application. Log in with the correct eBay account and complete the authorization.
6. You'll be returned to Wise Lister when done. Now, you can go back to Sku Fetch and try retrieving and listing an item again.
