Q: How to switch my sku grid and file exchange chrome extension to a new eBay and new Orders Dash account?

A: Please read the following instructions to do that:

For your Sku Grid account

1. Delete any items out of your sku grid account that belong to the old eBay account that you do not want to use with our software. They don't automatically remove

Your Chrome Extension
1. Be sure to save the correct email address associated with the new eBay account in your chrome extension.
2. Remain logged in to the correct, new eBay account and do not log into the other one in your chrome browser. If you need to manage your other account, please use a different browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer; otherwise, you will end up sending and receiving data to and from the wrong eBay account as it's based off of the eBay account that is logged in your chrome browser session.
3. If you have existing items in the new eBay account that you need imported into sku grid, be sure to check the "also import new items into SG" option (if it's not already checked). When the items import into sku grid, they will not have supplier URLs, you will need to edit each and enter the supplier URLs. Once your existing items have imported into Sku Grid, then you can uncheck that option.

Your Orders Dash Account
1. You would need to delete the current marketplace that was created in orders dash and create a new one.
2. You would need to authorize the correct eBay account in the app.
3. Then you'd need to go back to your eBay marketplace settings in sku grid and select the correct marketplace name in the settings and save.

If you're listing with Sku Fetch still.
Be sure that you update your list & export settings to have the information for the correct eBay account including
*eBay Username
*PayPal Email Address
*Payment, Shipping and Return Profile Names
as this information may be different in the new account than it was in the old one. And again, make sure that you're remaining logged into only the correct eBay account and only access the old eBay account in a different browser.
