Q: My listings are with the pictures rotated 45 grades, why?
A: Please go to Sku Fetch Filters & Formatting Settings.
Check the option Auto Rotate Image (20 degrees counterclockwise) if set to Yes it means Sku fetch is auto-rotating the image per your settings. If you do not want this to occur, you can set that option to No and save settings. You'll need to switch to your other workspaces (if exist) and complete the same process if you've accidentally turned this setting on there as well.
