Q: Why am I getting this error "Error: Your account has exceeded the limit. [You will be unable to complete this request until payment is made or a credit card is put on file for automatic monthly billing.]"?
A: This particular error message means that you either have a past due eBay invoice for your fees that needs to be paid and/or you do not have a credit/debit card on file with eBay to ensure that they can automatically charge you successfully for your fees on time. These are requirements of eBay and not Sku Fetch/Wise Lister.
You'll need to log into your eBay account and go to Account Settings. If there is a past due balance, you'll need to pay that. If you do not have a credit card on file with eBay, you will need to attach that backup method of payment and/or if you do have a card on file but it has expired or become invalid, you'd need to update it.
