Q: Is it possible to have multiple SKU Fetch Virtual Assistants so that when each individual VA logs in to their account, they have their own Item List / Draft List to work on?

1. Enable VA Access in Sku Fetch under My Account and Turn on VA Access.

2. Enter a Password for VA #1 to use

3. There's a + symbol by it so that if you need to enter a 2nd password for VA #2 and so on, you can click it and it will create another password field for them

4. Enable the portions of Sku Fetch that you want your VAs to have access to.

5. Save Settings.

6. Provide VA #1 with your Sku Grid username and the password for VA#1, Provide VA #2 with your Sku Grid Username and the password for VA#2 and so on.

7. Create a workspace for VA #1 in Sku Fetch -- you can name it whatever is relevant for you both. You will need to fully configure all settings there so please go through all of the settings tabs and configure them.

8. Create a workspace for VA #2 in Sku Fetch and fully configure all settings (point being, VA #1 may need to list with a different set of pre-defined settings, etc.).

9. The VAs will log into Sku Fetch using the "Login for VA" button on the Sku Fetch login page.

10. They will be prompted to select a Workspace -- they should select the workspace that you created for them.

At that point, they will be able to list with their own settings and maintain separate item lists, etc so you can have them both batching different products without them interfering with one another.
