Q: Why am I receiving the error please subscribe to a plan to process products?


A: Perhaps you're using the wrong sku fetch account. It is possible you have manually registered for a stand-alone sku fetch account (which does not recognize your sku grid payment) and there's no stand-alone sku fetch subscription on it.  If it is the case, for that account, you're logging directly with your email address.


If you want to use sku fetch as part of your paid sku grid subscription, then please log out of your sku fetch account.


Then log into sku grid.  


After you've logged into sku grid, please go to https://app.skufetch.com and click the "Login via Sku Grid" button.

This will log you into sku fetch with your sku grid credentials. It will recognize your sku grid payment and won't show the subscription error.
