A: While the chrome extension can update to default quantity after sales (with a 1 day lag) since it requests your sales data from ebay, file exchange via authentication token does not. If you want updates after sales when using file exchange via authentication token, you'd need to set up and use Orders Dash with it. Orders Dash would retrieve your sales data frequently and send that information to Sku Grid. Sku Grid would force reprice the item so that it gets updated to default quantity. Then that change would be sent directly to ebay file exchange for you.
