Q: How to add VA for sku fetch?
A: In Sku Fetch, you go to the My Account tab and set VA Access On and enable the features that they should have access to. You also specify a VA password for them to use.
You provide the VA with your sku grid username and the password that you created for them and when they log into Sku fetch, they will click the Login for VA button and enter the username and password that you provided them.
Note: If you're using file exchange chrome extension lister, your VA will also need to have the chrome extension installed and configured just like the one on your own computer. You'd also have to provide them with your eBay login as they will need to remain logged into your eBay account in order to post items using file exchange.
