A: eBay signed you out and presented a CAPTCHA verification that needs to be solved. It can only be solved by a human, so you'll need to go to the tab in the left corner of your screen that has eBay file exchange up and solve the captcha verification then log back in. It would be a good idea to do Check Changes Now and then Upload to eBay to catch things up. Go to Logs and click the Clear all logs button to get rid of the error message at that point.
