Q: Sku Fetch: Cancelled status / enter ebay id.
A: The items going into a cancelled status with enter eBay id is happening because at some point after putting the items in the queue to be listed, there must have been a disruption in your connection to eBay file exchange. Either the computer was turned off, browser was shut down, internet connection lost, or eBay timed you out of eBay file exchange. So after attempting to submit the listings to file exchange, the chrome extension was never able to get a final status from eBay file exchange about the items so that it could either mark them as errored or listed. Therefore, it shows cancelled and has a space for you to enter the eBay item id (eBay item number) if the items have in fact posted to eBay. If they did post to eBay, then you can click the enter eBay id link and enter the eBay item number that matches that item. The status would change to listed at that point and the items would export to Sku Grid for tracking.
If the items did not list, then you can remove them from your sku fetch item list and try them again. Make sure that you are leaving everything on and remaining logged into eBay and can access file exchange at least until the items have either a listed or errored status.
