A: All items will show that until Sku Fetch and the Lister (File Exchange Chrome Extension lister, or File Exchange via Auth Tokens Lister), receive information from eBay file exchange that the item has posted. So if it is still in a pending status but you see enter eBay ID, there is nothing left to do now. You can just leave it and make sure that you're logged into eBay and can access file exchange. The information will eventually update.
If you see that an item is "cancelled" and shows enter eBay id, then it means that at some point, your connection to file exchange became disrupted, and sku fetch never received the information back that the item had listed. So the enter eBay id is there to allow you to put the item id number yourself so that the status on your item list can change to listed and the item will export to eBay.
