Q: I purchased a Sku Grid subscription, why am I unable to use Sku Fetch?


A: it takes a few hours for Sku Fetch to recognize payments made to Sku Grid. If you need it to happen sooner, then on the Subscription tab of Sku Fetch, there's a blue button at the bottom that says "Check Payment on Sku Grid Now".  If it happens in the future, you can click that button and it will force Sku Fetch to verify that you have made a recent Sku Grid payment at that moment instead of waiting a few hours. If it finds a payment, then it will clear any subscription errors on Sku Fetch and allow you to list again.
