A: Please go to your Batch Quick Lister Settings in Wise Lister and for Sales Tax (Flat Rate, if not using Tax table) please delete the sales tax field.
eBay no longer allows you to collect a blanket flat-rate tax across all states. If you are licensed and authorized to collect sales tax in a state or in several states, then you would set Use eBay Sales Tax Table to Yes and you should have the sales tax table set up in your eBay site preferences. Otherwise, Use Sales Tax Table should also be set to No. Once you're done, scroll down and click Save Settings.
