A: This error would mean that your eBay keys are invalid or expired. They do become invalid after 18 months and also become invalid if you change your eBay username and/or password.
Please log into Wise Lister and go to eBay API Keys on the left. Click the Disconnect button. Then click Connect. It will redirect you to log into eBay. Log in and authorize the application.
