Q: Why my Orders Dash is not working?
A: The most probable scenario is Orders Dash account is not pulling orders because you've taken and put your Sku Grid keys into your Orders Dash account. Orders Dash has a separate developer ID that uses special permissions and you need to create a separate authorization in seller central for Orders Dash. If you log into your orders dash account and edit the marketplace that you created, it shows you the proper developer ID that you need to authorize. Then put in the correct keys that are generated by Amazon.
