Q: Is there a way to use my SKUgrid account to monitor both my Amazon and Bonanza store?

A: To answer your question, technically, yes you can do that, but it may be a waste of money to do so.  I will further explain.

If you are listing and adding items to amazon and have sku grid set up to track and make changes to the amazon listings... and you have amazon set up to send items to bonanza and sync changes with bonanza, then there would be no need to add the bonanza entries into your sku grid account.  Essentially, the supplier URLs are already being monitored, sku grid would make changes to amazon and then amazon would sync with Bonanza. In this case, if you were to have the Bonanza items in your sku grid account as well, you're just either using more credits for monitoring the same supplier URLs twice and making revisions on bonanza items which are already going to be revised by your amazon sync and if on an item based subscription with sku grid, then you're taking up space for you to be able to add items to your sku grid account with items that are already being synchronized.

However, if it's a situation where your amazon --> bonanza sync is only serving to create new bonanza listings as they are added to Amazon and it's not syncing each and every change to price and stock. then yes, you could add them into sku grid to be monitored and updated as well.

There's not really a difference in operating sku grid. You'd have to set up sku grid to work with your bonanza account and add your items in with the same supplier URLs... or, you could make the URL to your own amazon listing the supplier URL for them provided the URL is tagged with your merchant id and the #skuopt:lowestnew tag and set your bonanza formula to just equal your amazon price .. for example (vendor_price+vendor_shipping).  Therefore, when the amazon entry changes, the bonanza entry would be changed to match.
