Q: I am using eCom syndicator as my eBay repricing option. The item is deleted on eBay and also I deleted it manually in SkuGrid but it is still appearing again. How can I completely delete it?
A: Please go to your ecom syndicator add ons settings (Settings ---> Add Ons --> eCom Syndicator) and uncheck the 2nd option to Auto Create Items in Sku Grid that exist in eCom Syndicator But Not Sku Grid.Then save settings. The problem is that items do not self delete from ecom syndicator, until they have been ended for 8 days. And with this item checked, if you're deleting them from Sku Grid, they will continue to be put back in your sku grid account until they self delete from ecom syndicator.
