Q: Why is Sku Fetch not showing the first image in the item description?
A: Please go to your sku fetch account and click on Template. The problem here is that you've modified the listing template.
Originally, there was an image placeholder there and it appears that you've taken the merge tag for an image {{main_image}} and pasted it on the front end of the template. That tag just inserts the URL for your image, so if you put it on the front end of the template, it's just going to make your listings show a URL there instead of an image. The tag was already inserted properly in the HTML code as it has to go inside of the HTML code for a hosted image. In your settings, you'll see a broken image thumbnail as a placeholder. This is fine and how it is supposed to be.
To fix it, please click the blue Reset Template to Basic button over your description box in your template settings. This will revert the template to its original form. Save settings.
Note: You'll go back to seeing an image thumbnail there. You'll only see an actual image when you're listing an item and sku fetch has then hosted the image and inserted it in the HTML code where the tag is.
