Q: I'm eBay seller, Is there a way to add untracked listings to Sku Grid?
A: Yes, depending on the repricing method you're using, you will be able to import items from your eBay marketplace automatically (even if temporarily just to import missing items). This is possible if using the file exchange sync chrome extension or eCom Syndicator.
For File Exchange Sync Chrome Extension users: Be sure to click the checkmark "also import new items into SG" As mentioned this will add your new items into sku grid please note these items will be paused and will not contain supplier URLs (eBay doesn't have this information), you can later edit the new sku grid entries created, add the supplier URLs pricing option (if applicable), the supplier variations if they exist, then unpause the entries to start the repricing on them. You can unpause the items by selecting them and using multi-item actions --> unpause checking & updates on selected items.
For eCom Syndicator users: If you go to Settings --> Add Ons --> eCom Syndicator, there's an option to Auto-Create Items in Sku Grid that are in eCom Syndicator, but not in Sku Grid.
This option will pull in items that exist on your eBay account (since they would have already been added into eCom Syndicator automatically) and add them to your Sku Grid account.
If you sort your grid by reference id, then you'll see the items have been added there.
They will just have a number for the reference ID instead of saying they came from sku fetch. They won't have a supplier URL, as none has been provided yet and the items will be Paused. You'll need to edit each of them and put in the supplier URLs, pricing options, and supplier variation names (if applicable). Then once done, you can unpause the items by selecting them and using multi-item actions --> unpause checking & updates on selected items.
Another way to locate these items is to look for items using your Filters to find items that are paused for checking & updates on eBay.
Once you have added all of your supplier info and unpaused your items, I'd recommend going back to Settings --> Add Ons --> eCom Syndicator and uncheck the 2nd option on the page so that eCom Syndicator no longer imports items direct from eBay. Since you'll be listing with Sku Fetch, Sku Fetch will add the items you list with their supplier URLs to your sku grid account, so this option in your eCom Syndicator settings will no longer be necessary.
