Q: Why my items are taking too much to update after-sales, even though I have signed up for Orders Dash?

A: If the Orders Dash account is not set up properly, there will no orders coming into your Orders Dash account.  Since there are no orders there, it's not sending the sales data to sku grid so that sku grid puts the items back up to default quantity. Instead, you'd wait until sku grid does it's synchronization of all items which is once per day.

A common problem is the user entered their sku grid keys into the orders dash settings. Orders Dash has it's own developer ID and needs its own authorization in the marketplace (For example, in your seller central account). Using the keys you have for sku grid will not work in orders dash.

Please log into your Orders Dash account and go to My Marketplaces.  Click the pencil icon next to your selling marketplace and delete the MWS Token that is there.  Orders Dash shows you the developer ID that is needed. Please log into your seller central account (the process is similar for other marketplaces such as eBay, Shopify, etc) and authorize that developer id that is shown for Orders Dash and it will generate new keys for you. Please insert those keys into your orders dash settings.

Once you have correct keys in Orders Dash, you should get your orders going forward in there and you should notice that your items go back up to default quantity much faster.
