Q: Why I receive "ITEM CONTAINS BANNED BRAND" but the item is not on eBay's Vero List?
A: Please note, that on eBay's Vero page https://vero.ebay.com they note that the list that they have there is not comprehensive as there are companies/brands that do not contribute to the published list. So there as times when people get Vero violations for brands not on eBay's published list and when they report them to us with documentation of the violation, we add them to our internal database to protect against listing those items. If you'd like to disregard this, you can turn off Vero protection temporarily and list the item. Then turn it back on again. You'll find this setting in sku fetch under No API Listings Settings --> Vero & Blocked Brands. 
There will be an option for Vero protection there. Also, if your lister is the Wise Lister, it has the Vero feature on the filter and formatting settings.
