Q:

Why are my Bonanza items no longer visible after being sold?

A:

On Bonanza, when an item's quantity reaches 0, the Bonanza item becomes unpublished. When an item goes to a quantity of 0 on Bonanza, the listings are no longer in a live, published status. Sku Grid cannot reach them through API when they move to Incomplete.  So, if you're listing a quantity of 1 and sell 1, then you'd have to then make your listing live again and sku grid could continue repricing from there. Essentially, an item on Bonanza, if it's not visible to a customer, it's also not visible through the API.

When listing with a quantity of 1, and then selling that 1, quantity then goes to 0, triggering the listing to become unpublished. Once this happens, Sku Grid is not able to update back to default quantity.

To avoid this, you will need to maintain a quantity greater than 1 as your default, that way your items don't immediately go invisible after every sale. This way, when one is sold, the listing is still live, and Sku Grid has an opportunity to update back to default quantity.

Making this change will not prevent Sku Grid from removing the item from stock if/when the item becomes out of stock with the supplier.
