Q:
Why are items re-appearing in my grid after I have deleted them?
A:
It's likely that you're using the File Exchange Sync Chrome Extension and have the option checked to "also import new items into Sku Grid". When that option is checked, the extension requests a list of your active items on ebay and adds any missing ones into your Sku Grid account.
Also, if the Auto Relist Option turned on in your marketplace settings, then either the items are being ended before they are deleted from Sku Grid, resulting in Sku Grid trying to reprice items that are ended on eBay -->> eBay returns with an error -->> Sku Grid then checks to see if you have auto relist turned on -->> If you do, it's then relisting the items on eBay and creating new entries in the grid.
OR
It may be a situation of deleting items from Sku Grid before all of the items have been ended on eBay. This is resulting in the extension still receiving the deleted items as "active items" which are now missing from your Sku Grid account, so it's creating entries in the grid for you.
1. Turn off the Auto Relist option in your marketplace settings if you do not want Sku Grid to be relisting items automatically.
2. Either un-check the "also import new items into SG" option in your extension settings so that it no longer creates new entries in the grid for you and you'll either have to create new entries in the grid as you create new listings or if you're listing with Sku fetch, it will add them in for you or leave the option checked, but you'd need to end the items on eBay first and make sure that if you were ending in bulk that all have been ended then delete them from your Sku Grid account. Deleting while they're still active and before they've been completely ended on eBay will result in them coming back.
3. Slow down the frequency in your extension to "Download from eBay Every". For example, we can't see what your settings are for, but if it's requesting active items very frequently from ebay then it's also possible that you're ending them and deleting from Sku Grid timely,but it has already sent the active items (before they were deleted) to your Sku Grid account again, resulting in them being added back again. Perhaps set that option to 180 or so so that it's only requesting active and sold items every 3 hrs.
