Q: Why I received this error File Exchange Sync Chrome Extension error: Extension ID is empty! Try later?


 

A: Please make sure that you have your extension(s) installed and properly configured and please go to List & Export Settings in Sku Fetch and click Save Settings. Then try listing again. 


Note: If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket and provide the following:
1. Sku Grid username 
2. Are you the account owner or a VA? If VA, please provide the username for the account owner as well.
3. If you are a VA, please make sure that the account owner has granted you access to List & Export Settings.  Then go to List & Export Settings and click Save Settings.
4. Example URL you're trying to list
5. Please indicate if you're using single, batch, or big product fetch at the time.
