Q: How do I change my eBay account user ID on the file exchange sync chrome extension?
A: You wouldn't need to make any changes directly in sku grid as your eBay username is not being used there.
You would; however, need to make sure that your file exchange sync chrome extension has the correct email address associated with the eBay account saved in it.
And in your Sku Fetch account, you'd need to go to List & Export Settings.
There is a field for eBay Username. You'd need to change it there.
You'd need to complete this for single, batch and big product fetch lister settings on that page. It would also be good to review all of the other settings on that page to see if anything else needs to be changed (i.e. email addresses, policy profile names, etc.). Once done, save settings.
Please note: You'll need to remain logged into eBay file exchange with the correct username.
