Q: Why did my Bonanza listings were put to "Paused repricing" automatically?

A: Sku Grid automatically pauses Bonanza items under 2 conditions:

1. if during synchronization we did not receive data about this item from Bonanza API
2. if during repricing we received an error -> we check via the API for the availability of this item. If the API tells us that there is no such item, we pause it.

If we do not pause such items, we will go beyond the Bonanza's quota for error limits. We are allowed to do no more than 500 erroneous calls for 24 hours. If the limit is exceeded - Bonanza will not work (for anyone) for the next 24 hours.

When you see the items get automatically paused, you should check to make sure that your bonanza account is not on vacation mode, that the item is live and published (and not in a reserved status, etc). If the item is not visible on the public product page of Bonanza, then sku grid will not be able to receive information about it, resulting in the item getting paused again as we'd receive errors. If your item is visible, published, not reserved, and your account is not on vacation mode, then you can try to unpause the item and try again.

Please also note that there are multiple ways to unpause repricing on your items. You can do them individually by editing an item and setting Pause Repricing to No.

You can put a checkmark next to selected items or check all items on a page using multi-item actions --> select all on current page... then click multi-item actions --> unpause updates on selected items.

The entire account can be unpaused at one time by doing Batch Options --> Resume Updates on All Items.
