Q: How does Orders Dash work? Does it connect through API or it uses chrome extension?
A: Orders Dash does integrate through API --when setting it up, you do have to log into eBay and authorize the application. This is referred to as Getting API keys. Orders dash pulls in your orders from eBay approximately every 15 min so that it can display the orders data in one place. From there, if you have it set up to do so, it can send information to Sku Grid to let sku grid know that you made a sale on the item. Sku Grid then checks to see if you have update sold items to default quantity enabled and if so, it then it will put the item in queue to be updated (aka repriced). That data would then be picked up by your chrome extension (but would depend on the settings of your chrome extension) and would then be sent to eBay file exchange and eBay will either process it successfully or result in failure.
