Q: My estimate price is incorrect, why?
A: Please note the estimate price button does not know your shipping amount.
When using estimate price, you should be adding together your supplier item price + shipping to get a total.
For example, if the supplier price is $100 and the supplier shipping price is $10 you should enter a total i.e. $110.
In this case, $100.0+ $10.0 = 110.0, and that is the number that you should use when estimating the price.
On the other hand, if you do not want to factor shipping into your price, then you'll need to edit the item, override the item's formula with a new one, and set include supplier shipping in calculations to No. Then when estimating price, you would just be using the supplier price when clicking the estimate price button.
