Q: I have credits on my sku grid account but I can not use sku fetch, why?
A: The requirements in order to be able to use sku fetch as part of your active sku grid account are as follows:
- A payment of at least $14 within the last month to be able to use Sku Fetch in the current month. Or (for those who buy credits in bulk):
- The total of all payments made to sku grid in the last 3 months, must total $59 or more.
If you fall out of this criteria, then yes, you lose the ability to use sku fetch. The options to restore the ability to use it would be to:
- Purchase a minimum of $14 for sku grid credits. Then go to the subscription tab in sku fetch and click check for payments on sku grid now.
- Create a different sku fetch account using an email address to be used as a stand-alone and you'd have to purchase a sku fetch subscription to use it.
