Q: Why my subscription is not detected by sku grid?
A: Please log into your PayPal account and view the transaction to see if it is pending or completed. It is possible that Sku Grid has not received the funds yet, so the account has not been updated. This happens when you do a PayPal payment and instead of PayPal balance or a credit card, PayPal used your bank as a "funding source" and they did an e-check/bank draft payment. Paypal takes 5 days to clear those payments. Until then, sku grid is not in receipt of the funds and cannot change the account to active. Once paypal completes the transaction and the funds are cleared, your account will automatically be activated.
