Q: How can I change how often the Sku Grid Token updates?
A: Unfortunately, you can't change how often files are sent to the eBay file exchange. But please note, that unless your force updating/force repricing your items, not all items are being sent all the time.
Only those items that have been checked at your interval in your settings and have a qualified change in your selling price or stock.
