Q: Why my File exchange Sync Chrome Extension is showing "No New Data"?
A: There are some scenarios:
1.- Skugrid doesn't have updates to send to the extension at this point, they were all sent already. You can see new updates during the next repricing schedule.
2.- You have installed another eBay's repricing option that is replacing the file exchange chrome extension functions. At which point, Sku Grid would be no longer sending information to the chrome extension... This is why you may see no data on the extension, for example, if you replaced it with the eBay file exchange authentication tokens you may get files uploaded to file exchange all the time. They would be going directly and there is no need for the extension. You can uninstall it.
