Sku Grid

Your VA will need to install it as well.

You would need to maintain the file exchange sync chrome extension if that is your repricing method for Sku Grid - you should already have it installed since you were formerly using File Exchange Lister.  On your own computer leave your browser running and remain logged into eBay.

You'll provide VA Access to your Ink Frog account to your VA.

Your VA will log into Ink Frog and leave it open.

Since your VA should have the Drop Ship Supplier Chrome Extension installed, they will continue to retrieve URLs using Single or Big Product Fetch in Sku Fetch.

They will perform any editing of the content of the listing within Sku Fetch.

They can click Process when done.

Drop Ship Supplier Scraper should redirect them to Ink Frog.  The information from the listing should populate (images, title, description, selling price, etc).

The VA finalizes and clicks to list the item in Ink Frog.

It may take a few moments, but the status of the item on the Sku Fetch item list should eventually change to Listed and you should see the eBay item number there.

Once that happens, Sku Fetch will automatically send the item information (supplier URL, eBay item info) to Sku Grid for tracking. 

Since your computer is on with the browser, and file exchange chrome extension running, and you're remaining logged into eBay, as Sku Grid calculates price/stock changes, it will send them to the chrome extension and the chrome extension will send the info to eBay. eBay will process the file exchange requests and either change the items or produce an error.  Error logs are visible in your chrome extension at any time.

With this method, your VA only needs access to Sku Fetch & Ink Frog and not your eBay account directly.

They won't really need to do anything in Sku Grid directly unless they are managing some other aspect of your business there.
