Sku Grid

1. You haven't created a marketplace container in wise lister and it is therefore not linked in Sku fetch.

To correct this, please log into Wise Lister and on the left, click on My Marketplaces.  On the Create Tab, you should be defaulted to the eBay Tab.  Select the country you're selling on (United States).  Then click the Create Button.  You'll then see that a big box that says eBay_us has been created. Next, log into Sku Fetch and go to List & Export Settings.  Under Choose Marketplace for Single, Batch and Big Product Fetch, select the ebay_us marketplace that you've just created.  Then Save Settings. See screenshot: https://jmp.sh/WXqmppu

2. Another potential issue would be if you were not logged into Wise Lister at the time.  So just make sure that before listing, you log into both Sku Fetch and Wise Lister. If not logged in, when Sku Fetch goes to redirect, it cannot pull up Wise Lister.

3. Lastly, another thing to check is to make sure that you've disabled any pop-up blockers that you might have and you should check to make sure that you have the pop-ups for Sku Fetch enabled. You can do this in chrome by going to this link (please copy and paste it into your browser) -->> chrome://settings/content/popups?search=pop  and make sure that you see an entry under the Allow section that shows https://app.skufetch.com:443  If you do not see that there, it would mean that you may have disabled the pop-ups for Sku Fetch at some point.  Please take that URL https://app.skufetch.com:443  and click the Add button under the Allow section and paste that URL in and save it.  See screenshot: https://jmp.sh/z5gNAzl

With all of those things in place, you should be able to redirect to Wise Lister normally.
