Q: Why ecom syndicator is importing items into the grid with No Supplier Title or SKU?
A: There is no supplier info if you've not added the supplier URL yet. This is likely either an item that was listed on eBay prior to using sku grid or it was added to eBay recently and then it was added to your SKU grid account.
Either way, in your eCom Syndicator Add Ons Settings (Settings --> Add Ons --> eCom Syndicator), you can activate the 2nd option to auto-create items in SKU grid that exist in ecom syndicator but not sku grid.
eCom Syndicator can create the entries in sku grid for you. The items will not have supplier URL and they will be paused, to begin with. When ecom syndicator creates those entries in sku grid, you're supposed to edit them, put in the supplier information and then unpause the items.
If you do not want eCom Syndicator to automatically create those entries for you, then you can turn off that option in your settings.
