A: Yes, it is possible. You will get the seller name from the supplier's product page,
Search the item on your grid under the actions column click edit. Select the option Only Offers by Seller Name
At the end of your supplier URL add this suffix #skuopt:seller::SellerName where SellerName represents the name of the seller, example URL: https://www.walmart.com/ip/15712456#skuopt:seller::Hayneedle
Then do a recheck asap and force reprice of the item. Only the seller name price would be used and if this seller is not offered on an item, then the item would be considered out of stock.
