Q: How to upgrade my Sku Grid subscription?


A: You'd need to cancel the recurring payments on your current subscription and then purchase your preferred Sku Grid subscription. Instructions to cancel your recurring payments are below. 

To Cancel Your Recurring Subscriptions (SEE VIDEO - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u4zhcu6aP1g): 
 
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile at the top of the page.
Click My Money, then click Update beside My Preapproved payments to find your payment.
Select the payment, and then click Cancel.
 
If you have a Business Paypal Account, then you can log into PayPal, click on Tools --> Recurring Payments --> My Preapproved Payments --> Locate the Sku Grid Subscription and click it to view. Then click the Cancel link to cancel that payment profile. You will no longer be billed.

After you have purchased the new Sku Grid subscription, you can submit a support ticket to this link: https://skugrid.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new 


Please provide the PayPal/Billing email address that was used and we'll submit a request to management to ask for a prorated refund on the original Sku Grid subscription.
