Q: Why am I getting a pop up in Sku Fetch asking for me to enter correct user data?
A: This message appears when a user logs into Sku Fetch under his username, do a listing and logs on to eBay as a different user (different from what he specified in the List & Export Settings in Sku Fetch). Also, such a message may appear when not all required fields are filled in the specifications for the listing. This message is cautionary. If the user opens a pop-up to indicate new user information for listing and stores the old values, the message will be deleted.
